Shipping Conditions

  1. Stock Availability:

    • All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Wynberg, Sandton, unless the product is marked as a PRE-ORDER.

  2. Courier Fees:

    • Across South Africa: Flat rate of Scales less than 1000 kg will be free for door-to-door delivery but 1000 kg and above will be R500 .

  3. Tracking Information:

    • A tracking number will be issued as soon as your order is collected by the courier.

Handling Time

  • Order Processing:

    • Orders are processed within 24 working hours after payment is received and quality inspection is completed.

  • Delivery Timelines:

    • Gauteng: 2–3 working days.
    • Major Cities/Towns: 3–5 working days.
    • Remote Areas: 5–7 working days.

Order & Collect

For added convenience, we offer an Order & Collect option for customers who prefer to pick up their orders directly from our warehouse.

Collection Process:

  1. Once payment is cleared, arrange your collection with our office.
  2. Collections are available from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and on weekends by prior arrangement only.
  3. You will receive a collection notification via email, phone, or WhatsApp once your order is ready.
