All orders are shipped from our Wynberg, Sandton warehouse via trusted courier partners including Courier It, Dawn Wing, The Courier Guy, Aramex, and Fastway. Orders are processed within 24 working hours after payment is received. A tracking number is provided as soon as your order is collected by the courier. Standard delivery times are as follows: Gauteng 1-2 working days, major cities 3-5 working days, remote areas 5-7 working days. For scales above 1000kg capacity, a flat rate shipping fee of R500 applies. For all other scales, delivery is free.

Customers who prefer to collect their orders are welcome to visit our warehouse directly. Collections are available Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00, and on weekends by prior arrangement.
